Course overview

The ISO 22301 Foundation course gives you a clear, working understanding of the business continuity management system (BCMS): what the standard requires, the vocabulary it uses and how the pieces fit together. It is the right first step before specialising as an implementer or auditor, and a sound grounding for anyone who works inside a certified organisation.

Who should attend

  • Staff working in or with a certified organisation
  • Managers who need to understand the requirements before investing

Why take this certification

Outages, cyber attacks, floods and supplier failures are no longer rare. ISO 22301 prepares the organisation before the disruption, not during it.
